SBK International was facing major inefficiencies in its retail store, distribution, and franchise operations due to its reliance on multiple systems. Additionally, the lack of visibility into our operations was preventing us from making informed decisions that would help drive us forward business.

As the demand for Vape, tobacco, and hookah products grew in our business, the existing Sage accounting system and light speed POS were no longer sufficient to manage the increasing workload. Operating thousands of SKU’s while creating discount offers, fulfilling orders, creating sales reports, and managing shipment issues became increasingly difficult. To stay ahead of the competition, it became clear that our business needed to upgrade to a system that could handle the increased demand.

The new system needed to be able to handle inventory management, point-of-sales, warehouse shipment, bin location, business intelligence reporting, ecommerce, and finance management. It would also need to have the capability to quickly process orders and manage supply chain efficiently. After careful consideration, we decided to upgrade to a system that could provide the robust features and capabilities to make our operations more efficient and successful.
